"Michael Brewis failed to charge me the right number for my insurance for months and then out of nowhere tried to charge me $3000 to cover his mistake and he raised my monthly insurance for one single car to $786 because I hit 1 stop sign at 10 miles an hour, that is the only accident I have ever been in and I’ve also only had 1 speeding ticket in the past 3 years. I now have to sell my car because of the outrageous rate and he is not willing to work with me at all and on top of that his customer service is absolutely useless."

"Michael is a terrible rude “agent”. State Farm made a mistake and apparently has been charging me the wrong amount for over a year. With no communication, I get a text that says my direct deposit will be $1,000 more that usual and this will continue for the next few months. The person who made the mistake was fired and they admitted their screw up but it doesn’t matter. No call or communication, just a text to let me know what’s coming out of my account tomorrow. Michael told me he can cancel the payment and my insurance or we let the payment go through. Zero help, accountability, apologies or direction. When I asked him to help me with contact information for who I can talk to, he said no. He is my agent and there is no other option for resolution. I literally had to google State Farm’s corporate number. I filed suit yesterday and will be changing insurance companies ASAP."
