David was very patient and explained everything until I felt comfortable and understood what was covered and the cost. My hubby and I drove an hour to the office in Milford. It was worth the effort! We went through every policy, all the coverages, any additional information we would need to provide, and setting up a photo shoot of our house to insure accuracy of coverage.
